I am selling my practice (my patient base, adjusting table and office furniture) in American Fork, which is small, but steady and well established. It is in a great location on "healthcare row." It has good signage and steady traffic.
My partners would like to rent the space I am vacating for $1200 plus 1/3 operating expenses per month. It averages to around $5000-$5200 per month. Rent would include a private office, treatment room, and use of shared space and equipment including electric stim therapy, roller table, ultrasound, digital x-ray, and full staff. Renter would have to cover their own malpractice insurance and other personal practice expenses. Renter would get 1/3 of walk-in and internet referral patients and 100% of referrals from their existing clientele.

This practice is small but has good growth potential. Averaging around $110,000/ year gross from this practice. ( I also have a satellite practice). If you're good at building a practice and selling yourself, this could be a good opportunity with very reasonable overhead.
