Utah Chiropractors — I’m looking for the right chiropractor to share space in my established Murray practice.
I have two treatment rooms available in my chiropractic and wellness office in Murray. The office is approximately 2,500 sq. ft. and includes a professional waiting/reception area, large therapy/modalities room, digital X-ray, break room, shared office resources, internet/utilities, and an established professional environment.
I currently work out of two treatment rooms, so I have more space than I need. Rather than simply renting the rooms, I would like to find another chiropractor who sees the value in sharing space and certain overhead expenses while still maintaining their own independent practice.
I think this could be a particularly good opportunity for a newer chiropractor building a patient base, someone tired of carrying the overhead of an entire office, or an established doctor looking for a satellite location in the Salt Lake Valley.
There could also be some nice opportunities for professional collaboration, referrals, and mutually agreed-upon patient coverage when either of us is out of the office, while keeping our practices appropriately separate.
