I'm a Chiropractor with nearly two decades of experience, and considering a share-space arrangement in a beautiful 650 sq ft space in the busy and desirable 9th S area (Maven District) Salt Lake.
The space has an open concept, modern, light filled main area that is ideal for chiropractic + rehab/exercise or other services; with an adjacent private treatment/exam room. There's ample room for a fully functioning rehab floor in the main room, plus parking on the street and in a private lot. The space is available Nov, with minimal build out needed, if at all.
My practice is growing, and I'm looking for the right like-minded practitioner to share the beautiful space with. I work 3 days/week, and would be open to collaborative or staggered scheduling.
Open to an established practitioner, a newbie to the area, or someone looking for a stunning new home for their practice. Ideally this would be a complimentary, professional and collaborative fit.
Anticipated availability: November 2026-Jan 2027. Shared rent/expenses TBD based on schedule and use. I estimated 1800 as ballpark depending on agreement, rental negotiations.
