Looking for another DC to share a brand new 1250sf office space in West Jordan. I'm seeing patients about 20 hours a week right now with IC massage therapists working about 20 hours also. Office is inside a medical building next to a pediatrician/dental office and PT office (I frequently refer back and forth with both). The layout includes three private rooms and a large open adjusting/therapy space, private ensuite staff bathroom, breakroom, and reception area.
I'm hoping to stay part time while reducing my overhead. I love the energy of sharing space with other chiropractors and I'm hoping for a win/win arrangement with another doc.
Open to short term tenant or long term partnership with the right person.
