Our sponsorships are intentionally exclusive — we only accept one sponsor per category at each level. This ensures that every partner receives meaningful visibility, strong relationship access, and the confidence that their sponsorship is valued and protected.

How Sponsorship Selection Works

Because our sponsorships are built on trust, mission alignment, and long-term relationships, we use a thoughtful application and review process to ensure that every partnership benefits both our members and the profession.

Sponsorship Application Process

Our process ensures clarity, professionalism, and category exclusivity where applicable.

1. Submit Interest Form Provide company details, sponsorship level desired, and your industry category. 5 minutes
2. Category Availability Check We confirm whether your sponsorship category is open or already assigned. 1–3 business days
3. Alignment & Ethics Review We review your services, messaging, and alignment with professional standards. 5–10 business days
4. Sponsorship Offer If approved, we send sponsorship level options and pricing confirmation. Same day upon approval
5. Agreement & Invoice Sponsorship becomes official when your agreement is signed and payment is received. Typically 3–7 business days
6. Onboarding & Welcome Launch We gather your logo, add you to our sponsor listings, and schedule your visibility benefits. Completed within 7–14 days

Total Estimated Approval Timeline:
~2–4 weeks from application to full launch

Important Note on Exclusivity

Some sponsorship levels include exclusive category rights (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, and CE Partner tiers).
In those tiers, only one sponsor per industry category is accepted.

Community Partner Sponsors and Event Sponsors are non-exclusive, unless otherwise noted.

The UCPA hosts two statewide conferences each year — one in Northern Utah and one in Southern Utah. These conferences bring together chiropractic physicians, clinic teams, educators, students, and leaders in wellness across the state.

UCPA CE Partner Program

The UCPA CE Partner Program allows qualified educators, clinicians, and organizations to offer UCPA-approved Continuing Education to Utah chiropractors while maintaining compliance with state standards and ensuring high-quality educational experiences.

This program is ideal for:

  • Experienced educators

  • Doctors teaching specialized clinical skills

  • Vendors with evidence-based training content

  • Speakers offering business, compliance, or documentation support

CE Partners are able to host their own CE courses independently while utilizing the UCPA name and promotional access — without requiring UCPA to manage registration or certificates.

What Makes CE Partnership Valuable

  • Credibility & Trust — UCPA endorsement distinguishes approved education from sales-based presentations.

  • Visibility — CE events are shared with our member network and added to the statewide CE calendar.

  • Access to Providers — Build relationships through education, not cold outreach or booth sales.

  • Compliance & Protection — Courses are reviewed for alignment with Utah DOPL and Medicare documentation guidelines to keep providers safe.

CE Partners agree to:

  • Submit course outline, speaker qualifications, and learning objectives for approval

  • Offer a minimum 10% discount to active UCPA members

  • Handle their own event logistics (venue, marketing, registration, certificates)

  • Use the provided UCPA CE Certificate Template

  • Submit attendance roster to UCPA within 10 business days

  • Maintain CE quality that is educational, not promotional

UCPA does not pay for member attendance — CE Partners retain their own event revenue.


CE Certificate & Documentation Process

Once approved:

  • UCPA provides official CE certificate template + CE Partner Seal

  • Partner issues certificates directly to their attendees

  • Partner submits attendee list to UCPA for verification records

  • UCPA does not re-issue certificates — this ensures administrative efficiency and consistency
