Emily Traveller
Back in April 2022 I was a sophomore in highschool and 16 years old. One Friday night me and my friends decided we wanted to go to the sand dunes in Utah to UTV. We were just ending up there and heading back for the car when the UTV ended up rolling. I hit my head on the roll cage bar which broke my neck & split my head open so I was losing a lot of blood. I broke the bones c5-c7 but the break entered my spinal cord at c4. Making me a c4 quadriplegic. I thought I was definitely not going to make it.
After calling 911 the paramedics arrived and pulled me out. After barely surviving I got life flighted to Utah Valley Hospital where I got surgery to stabilize my neck. I was told there I would most likely never regain function below the neck ever again. I stayed there for 10 days then got flown to Craig Hospital in Denver Colorado. I did rehab there for 4 months to try and regain anything and learn how to live with a spinal cord injury. After regaining some movement in both my arms, relearning how to swallow, and trying to regain my voice & breathing back I headed home.
I immediately starting going to Neuroworx 5 days a week. I worked SO hard to be where I am now. I still have no function in my hands or legs but It doesn’t change the fact that I still live a very beautiful life. I’m beyond blessed to still be here today. I was given a second chance at life & I will NEVER take that for granted. Im so grateful to be here. Our happiness has little to do with what happens to us but everything to do with what we do about it. I thank god everyday for not taking me. Live everyday like it’s your last 💗💖💓💘💕

CA Power Plus Training
Dr. Ty Talcott is a Certified HIPAA Privacy and Security Expert, who consults thousands of healthcare practices relative to business development and protection.
Prevent or survive a HIPAA investigation or compliance audit!
We are in the profession of prevention, so, we understand how much
easier it is to prevent problems than deal with consequences!
So, what has to be done to prevent compliance investigations or audits?
How do you know if what you are doing is enough?
…. And what do you absolutely need to do (and NOT DO) if you are
notified you are under investigation or being audited?
This seminar will be structured so that you can make decisions
regarding your office needs to protect your hard – earned practice.
So register RIGHT NOW!
Key protections you will master:
● What to say (and what NOT TO SAY) if you ever notified you are
under investigation or audit.
● When you do and don’t need an attorney.
● How to know if your HIPAA program is adequate.
● What needs to be done to prevent a Ransomware attack that can close
your office and get you fined by the government for a HIPAA violation.
This is the greatest NEW threat to chiropractors (there will be a video
interview with a small chiropractic practice owner, shown at this event,
regarding their experience with a Ransomware attack)
● How to protect against the violations the government is actually
pursuing. The latest information, directly from the government Cyber
security and HIPAA symposium regarding how people get caught, the
type fines they face and how to protect your practice – could you be
next?
● How a simple mistake can turn into a federal investigation (a short TV
CHIROPRACTIC EXPOSE news story, about a chiropractors’ ‘mistake’,
will be shown at the event)
● Why patient HIPAA complaints (and disgruntled employee
complaints) have increased over 500% over the past few years,
resulting in a massive increase in fines etc..
● How to perform a risk analysis and ISAR's- Washington DC states if
you don't have these you have no HIPAA program AT ALL and therefore
face probable minimum ‘willful neglect fines’ of $59,255.00 to 1.5
million!
