Offering a very unique postion

Offering a unique opportunity for an individual to take over my practice. After 45 years of practicing the greatest profession on earth, I now need to look into the future and retire in the next few years or sooner. I have a very well established clinic with incredible repeat patient volume. I am located in the center of the valley at 115 E 7200 S Midvale. My office is 4500 square feet and I have all the advanced equipment such as Thompson 440s, spinal decompression, tesla stim, traction tables, shockwave, digital X-Ray, ozone, and acupuncture. I am on all the major insurance companies panels and my staff is very well trained and energetic. I am looking for another doctor who is the "right fit" to eventually take over so I can phase out. That doctor needs to be flexible, energetic and teachable. I have a lot of clinic experience to pass on to another doctor who is willing to learn. I am also open to suggestions to make this a win win for everyone. So I am now looking for the right doctor.
