Kristina started Family First Chiropractic & Wellness Center in 2004, it has become one of the leading family wellness practices in Utah. Dr. Kristina loves natural birthing and attachment parenting, as well as honoring the fact that our bodies are designed to heal themselves.
In addition to being the clinical director of Family First Chiropractic, Dr. Kristina brings her expertise to doctors all over the world as a sought after speaker and mentor for pediatrics and pregnancy care. She owns and coaches chiropractors through her program: Practice Evolution.
Dr. Kristina has 4 children who are navigating their teenage years with humor, some heartache and lots of sarcasm.

With 45 years of clinical experience, Dr. Craig D. Campbell is one of Utah’s Chiropractic leaders in treating acute and chronic
spinal related conditions. Dr. Campbell is a second generation
chiropractic physician and is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He has devoted many years of clinical experience to advanced chiropractic techniques, computerized stress analysis, acupuncture, shockwave therapy, ozone injections, spinal decompression, laser therapy and other health related fields.
Additionally, Dr. Campbell has served in many top leadership positions in the Utah Association of Chiropractic Physicians, Department of Professional Licensing for the State of Utah
and is presently the Chiropractic Chairman in The Missionary Department of Health for the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints. He is also affiliated with National and International organizations that promote a global approach in advancing chiropractic care.

Dr. Victor Carlson is an orthopedic surgeon originally from North Logan, Utah. He obtained a bachelor degree from Utah State University, and a medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University. He completed orthopaedic residency at the University of Utah, and a hip and knee fellowship at OrthoCarolina.

Jeff graduated from University of New York where he received a B.S. in Sociology. Later he received Masters degrees from the United States Army War College in Strategic Studies and the University of Phoenix in Education. He served his church and then his country. He served in the U.S. Army and National Guard for 37 years and retired in 2019 serving the last 7 years as the Adjutant General of the Utah National Guard. In this capacity he had the honor of serving in the Governor’s Cabinet helping work through the issues all Utahns face as well as providing crisis management when needed.
Retirement for Jeff does not mean an end to public service. He doesn’t just sit still very well! And service is just a part of who he is. Although Jeff was being encouraged to run for other positions, he chose to run for the Utah House because it is a place where he can stay more directly connected with the people he represents.

Fellowship trained, Double Board Certified Pain and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist
Dr Kendall Grose is fellowship trained, double board certified physiatrist and interventional spine specialist. He states that he didn’t seek out his career, rather his career found him after which he fully dedicated his studies toward. His love for neuro and musculoskeletal anatomy led him down the path to offer life-changing treatments for acute and chronic pain.

Dr. Jeff Pence is a double board certified interventional spine and pain medicine physician who believes in helping every patient who suffers from pain live their best life. He earned his Osteopathic Medicine degree at Des Moines University and then completed his Anesthesia residency and Multidisciplinary Pain Medicine fellowship at the University of Florida. He strongly believes that establishing the correct diagnosis is the key to pain management. Outside of work Dr. Pence enjoys traveling with family and friends, hiking, skiing, consuming audiobooks, and coaching youth sports.

Interventional Pain Medicine
Jason Beckstrand, DO, aims to restore function and decrease suffering as he treats pain to improve each patient’s quality of life. His approach involves compassionate listening, followed by a comprehensive, diagnostic physical evaluation and personalized therapeutic recommendations.
Dr. Beckstrand received his medical degree from the University of North Texas. He performed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation and a fellowship in interventional pain at UT Health San Antonio.
Outside of work, Dr. Beckstrand enjoys mountain biking, automotive restoration, snow sports, soccer and family time.

Steve Garrard, NP obtained a Bachelor of Science in nursing at California State University, a certificate of completion in the RN First Assistant Program at the Perioperative Plus Associates/Gateway Community College in Phoenix, Arizona, and a Master of Science – Family Nurse Practitioner at California State University. He is board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and specializes in orthopedics. He speaks fluent English and Spanish.
Steve strives to empower his patients by involving them in the treatment planning process and creating a personalized healthcare plan. He explains complex medical concepts in an easy-to-understand way, and will take the extra time necessary to ensure all his patients’ questions are answered. Above all, Steve values the health and happiness of his patients.
When he is not taking care of patients, Steve enjoys spending time with his family and playing sports.

Christopher Duncan DC
Dr. Christopher Duncan received his chiropractic degree from University of Western States and his Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management from Parker University. He has worked in private practice in Utah for 7 years and practiced at the Naval Hospital Jacksonville in Mayport, FL for 3 years. He is a veteran who has served both as enlisted and as an officer for the Air Force and as the Public Health Officer for the Utah Air National Guard. He is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) a trained Massage Therapist and has a certification in Battlefield Acupuncture (BFA). Dr. Duncan currently holds adjunct faculty appointments at the University of Western states, Parker University, and Logan University. He accepted an offer at the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System (VASLCHCS) in 2018 as a chiropractic physician. He has since become the Lead Chiropractor and Director of the Chiropractic Education Program there in addition to his primary responsibility of clinically caring for veterans.
