2024-25 District Leader Positions

We are currently seeking nominations for the District leaders and At Large Committee Members of the Utah Chiropractic Physicians Associations. We need 6 District Leaders, and 8 At Large Committee Members.

ALL NOMINEES MUST BE CURRENT UCPA MEMBERS!

Those elected to each position will serve two-year terms.

1. Cache County up to Ogden
2. Ogden to Bountiful
3. Salt Lake North
4. Salt Lake South
5. Utah & Juab Counties
6. Millard through St. George

You may nominate yourself or someone else by  completing the form below, indicating the position of interest.

The slate of candidates will be presented on Monday, August 26th. A three-week election will follow, with the winner announced at the fall convention.
